We work hard to preserve your privacy and ensure that your preferences are honored. 1. Information that we have received from companies that send their account(s) to us for collections (for example, applications, contracts, checks and other related forms or documents regarding your dealings with your original creditor or successor in interest to the original creditor);
2. Information about your transactions with RGS Financial, Inc., our affiliates or others; and
3. Information from skip tracing companies or consumer-reporting agencies.

We only share information with companies outside our corporate family that perform specific services on our behalf. We share information to process transactions, verify data, respond to your inquiries, or provide information to our clients.

The law permits us to share information about our current and former customers with government agencies or authorized third parties under certain circumstances. For example, we may be required to share such information in response to subpoenas or to comply with certain laws.

Because we respect your privacy, we do not sell, trade or otherwise disclose your identity or any other personal information about you to third parties for their marketing purposes.
